Mrs Julie Mayall joined the Kensington Road Practice Team as their Manager in January 2023.

Julie is an experienced Practice Manager with over 15 years of Managing a GP Practice under her belt, from small 4000 list size to 16000 list size and 2 sites.

Previous to joining General Practice Julie was the PA to the Estates Manager at Coventry PCT long before the City of Coventry Health Center was built, in fact she remembers the demolition of the old building and the plans for the new! 

After the old Coventry PCT was dispanded staff were intergrated with CWPT(Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust) again working with the Estates Manager and the tradesmen it employed.

She gained promotion and moved to Coventry and Warwickshire Clinical Commissing Board (CCG) after some years and was the administration officer liaising with GP Practices in Coventry.  This led to her interest in Practice Management and she consquently made the move into GP Land

Julie did a year as an Operations Manager at a Pratice in Birmingham, however her heart lay in General Practice.

Julie says "its a very hard and demanding job, but I love it! and wouldnt do any other job in the world"
